Receipt of this ticket agrees that I/we release Silver Sage Renaissance Festival and the City of Joplin of and all agents within of any liability, claims, financial loss or property theft, or injury or death incurred during the event. I/we further understand participation in event is voluntary and I/We do assume all risks, real or imagined, liabilities including financial while participating in the Silver Sage Renaissance Festival. In addition, we / I do understand and acknowledge that any willful and intentional damage to the site is the responsibly of the ticket barer and absolves Silver Sage Renaissance Festival of any obligations for repair. Acceptance of ticket indicates acceptance of all conditions. Agreement further authorizes release of photography to Silver Sage Renaissance Festival website(s) and social media use.
